In case the package is damaged or has not been delivered, we will send your order at our own expense. If after two attempts the customer remains unhappy we will refund the damage.

If at the end of 14 working days your parcel has not arrived yet, we ask you to contact us immediately via e-mail or call the free number of our customer support service.
