These are the conditions that apply to every order placed on medzhub.com. Where a topic has its own page — delivery, refunds, the warranty, privacy — that page applies and is linked below.
Who sells to you
Medzhub is an online shop run by Medzhub Pty Ltd. Our phone number, email address and Sydney address are on the contact page. The Sydney address is not a pharmacy or a shop: there is nothing to collect there, and orders do not ship from it. Medzhub is not an Australian pharmacy.
Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars. The price of each pack is shown in the live price table on its product page and read when the page loads; the shipping cost and the payment methods accepted are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on orders from 320 AUD.
Delivery
Orders ship to Australia from India or Hong Kong; there is no Australian warehouse. Express delivery takes 5–9 days and regular delivery 10–14 days. The details are on the delivery page.
Problems with an order
What we do when something is wrong with an order is set out in our refund policy and, for damaged or defective products, our warranty.
Medicines and prescriptions
Erectile dysfunction medicines are prescription-only in Australia (healthdirect), and not every medicine we sell is on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods — Kamagra, for one, is not. The TGA states that products not on the register are not approved for supply in Australia and have not been reviewed for safety or quality (TGA). Medzhub offers no consultations and no prescriptions. Before you take any medicine, ask your GP whether it suits you — above all if you take nitrates for angina, which must never be combined with an ED medicine.
Information on this site
The guides and product pages on this site are general information, not personal medical advice. They are reviewed by Gordon Muir, a consultant urologist, who reviews what we publish; he does not consult with customers and does not prescribe for Medzhub orders (his profile).
Your personal information
How we handle the information you give us when you order is set out in our privacy policy.
