Who we are
Medzhub is an online shop run by Medzhub Pty Ltd. We sell medicines for erectile dysfunction and for type 2 diabetes to customers in Australia, with prices in Australian dollars. Our phone number, email address and Sydney address are on our contact page. The Sydney address is not a pharmacy or a shop: there is nothing to collect there, and orders do not ship from it.
What we sell
For erectile dysfunction we sell generic sildenafil (the medicine in Viagra), generic tadalafil (the medicine in Cialis), generic vardenafil and Kamagra tablets and oral jelly. For type 2 diabetes we sell a range of tablets and injections, listed on our diabetes medicines page. Every product and its current prices are on the All products page; the prices are read live when a product page loads.
What we are not
Medzhub is not an Australian pharmacy. We offer no consultations, no personal medical advice and no prescriptions. Two facts matter before you order:
- ED medicines are prescription-only in Australia. A doctor assesses you before prescribing one (healthdirect). Your GP can tell you whether a medicine suits you.
- Not every medicine we sell is on the Australian register. Kamagra, for one, is not included in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) (ARTG search). The TGA states that products not on the register are not approved for supply in Australia and have not been reviewed for safety or quality (TGA, February 2024).
How orders reach you
Orders ship to Australia from India or Hong Kong; we have no Australian warehouse. Express delivery takes 5–9 days and regular delivery 10–14 days, and shipping is free on orders over 320 AUD. The details are on our delivery page. If something goes wrong with an order, our refund policy sets out what we do.
Who reviews our medical content
Our product pages, guides and category pages are reviewed by Gordon Muir, a consultant urologist based at King's College Hospital and London Bridge Hospital in London. He reviews what we publish; he does not consult with customers and does not prescribe for Medzhub orders. More is on his profile page.
What customers say
Customers have left reviews on past orders, and we show them as they were written — including the critical ones — on our reviews page and our testimonials page. Some date from 2018 and 2019 and describe delivery times that differ from today's.
