No. Medzhub has no doctors or pharmacists and offers no consultations, no personal medical advice and no prescriptions. Our guides are general information, reviewed by Gordon Muir, a consultant urologist who does not consult with customers.

Medicines for erectile dysfunction — generic sildenafil (the medicine in Viagra), generic tadalafil (the medicine in Cialis), generic vardenafil, and Kamagra tablets and oral jelly — and medicines for type 2 diabetes. Every product and its current price is on the All products page.

Mostly generics. Our ED medicines are sold under the medicine's name — sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil — and Kamagra is a sildenafil product made in India by Ajanta Pharma. Each product page names exactly what you get.

A brand-name medicine carries the cost of developing it. Once the patent expires, other companies can make the same medicine without those development costs, so generics usually cost less.

No — how soon a tablet works depends on the medicine, not the brand. Sildenafil usually starts working in 30 to 60 minutes and its effects can last for up to 4 hours (healthdirect); tadalafil can work for up to 36 hours.

Each manufacturer gives its tablets its own name, markings, shape and colour. What matters is the medicine and the strength, which are printed on the pack.

The FDA is the United States regulator; in Australia it is the TGA, and approved medicines are listed on the ARTG. Viagra is listed there; Kamagra is not included in it. The TGA states that products not on the register are not approved for supply in Australia and have not been reviewed for safety or quality (TGA). You can search the ARTG for the name on any pack.

Orders ship to Australia from India or Hong Kong; we have no Australian warehouse. Express delivery takes 5–9 days and regular delivery 10–14 days. There is no overnight or next-day delivery. The details are on our delivery page.

Shipping is free on orders from A$320. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are packed discreetly, with no mention of the contents on the outside of the parcel.

We sell only what is on the All products page. For anything else, ask your GP or an Australian pharmacy.

Never take it if you use nitrates — medicines for angina, including sprays or tablets for chest pain — because together they can cause a sudden drop in blood pressure that is hard to treat. Take no more than one sildenafil tablet in 24 hours. An erection that lasts more than 4 hours needs the nearest hospital emergency department (healthdirect).

The common ones are headache, facial flushing, a blocked nose and indigestion or reflux. Rarer and serious: changes in vision, an erection that will not go down, sudden hearing loss, dizziness or fainting, and allergic reactions (healthdirect).

Neither is better for everyone: they work in the same way and differ in timing. Sildenafil (Viagra) is taken about an hour before sex and works for up to 4 hours; tadalafil (Cialis) can work for up to 36 hours or be taken at a low dose once a day. They are compared on our home page; your GP chooses between them.
